The Jack Reacher movie character comes to us from a series of books written by Lee Child. Starting in 1997 with Killing Floor, Child has now released 17 books and some short stories that carry the adventures of Military Policeman and investigator Jack Reacher. The movie starring Tom Cruise was taken from the 2005 release of ‘One Shot’.
I’ve just discovered the ‘must see’ movie of the holiday season and despite the play on words “Parental Guidance” is fun for the whole family. My wife and youngest two kids (12yo and 14yo) went to see Billy Crystal’s new movie on Wednesday night and we’re giving it more than two thumbs up.
Highlight for The Bourne Legacy movie was a chase sequence through Manila which showed the chaos of Filipino traffic and produced the most edge of your seat moments.
Barry Sonnenfeld has now done for the Men in Black franchise what Brad Bird did for the Mission Impossible storyline. The quirky sci-fi humour that connected Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith at their black suited hips in the first edition has been rejuvenated and the Will Smith fan club can breathe a sigh of relief.
